I have had two Mizan sessions which included a womb massage with Kay and only writing the review now because I didn't feel I previously had the words to describe the incredible experience of attending these sessions. Kay has been the most knowledgeable, amazing, understanding, patient person who goes above and beyond in terms of what is offered in the sessions and also the aftercare, and I can only say my experience has been life changing. I have walked away from these sessions feeling so empowered, and I have had such a break through in terms of the physical pain (pelvic pain) and emotional pain (which included traumas from previous births) that I had been carrying for a very long time. I could not recommend Kay enough and my only regret is that I hadn't met her sooner. Thank you
My Closing the Bones ceremony with Kay was incredibly special. She's such a good listener and created a space where I felt completely heard and cared for. After the session, I noticed a significant improvement in the texture of my scar and a reduction in tightness. I highly recommend scar therapy massage to anyone looking to improve the appearance and feel of their scars. It's a unique and effective treatment that blends relaxation with therapeutic results. Kay is absolutely inspiring. She is compassionate, gentle and has a unique and warm way of holding the space for you. I am continuing with this therapeutic process and will not recommend her enough to my friends who might need her help and expertise.

I booked a Mizan Pregnancy massage session with Kay to help me with my pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain, restless legs, and the resulting sleep issues I was having. I absolutely loved it! Kay was warm and gentle to talk to and really put me at ease, explaining everything before the treatment, during, and offering aftercare advice. She was also really insightful about so many elements of pregnancy and the mechanics of the body and I feel like I've given myself, my body, and the baby a big treat by investing in the treatment. I feel a lot looser and like I have more room in the areas that were tightest, and have some guidance on how to help myself at home going forwards. Kay obviously loves what she does and just seemed genuinely happy to help, which was lovely. Thank you x
I have spoken to Kay at length along her Mizan journey and her passion and commitment to women's health shines through. I was the beneficiary of one of her massages and it was the first time in months I was able to exercise without lower back stiffness. Kay takes the time to explain what she is doing and the benefits and goes the extra mile to put you at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone with women's health issues.
